How it works

Flight and bag cover can be purchased online for kulula flights. Once your booking has been confirmed your policy document will be emailed to you immediately.

If you need to make changes to your flight after you’ve purchased the flight and bag cover, please call our Contact Centre 0861 KULULA (585852). Your changes will be made and your flight and bag cover policy will be updated and resent with the new details.

British Airways (operated by Comair) flights
Purchase flight and bag cover for your domestic British Airways (operated by Comair) flight only once your flight has been confirmed. To purchase flight and bag cover call 0861 223  467 Mon - Fri 08h00 – 17h00 up to 2 hours prior to flight departure.

• Flight and bag cover cannot be purchased for infants less than 2 years of age
• Flight and bag cover is non-refundable
