We offer quite a few payment methods to suit your needs with options to pay or part pay for your booking. Keep in mind that booking rules apply which means that in some cases certain payment methods can’t be used in conjunctions with others.
Your cheque / credit card can be used to pay for various types of bookings like flights, car hire and accommodation, whereas SID (electronic funds transfer), kulula moolah (Travel bank) can only be used for flights. Discovery Miles can also be used to book flights and accommodation in the Vitality Hotel Collection! You can pay using your Discovery Miles or a combination of both.
Avios can be used to pay for flight combo bookings. Note: Avios converted to Travel bank cannot be used to pay for flight combo bookings. Avios converted to Travel bank cannot be reversed to Avios.
No Avios points and Discovery Miles will be redeemable for offline bookings.
